Cosy terraced house with 3 bedrooms and private garden. Located just 100 metres from the sea, it is ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was nenewed in 2021.
DESCRIPTION
Very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Ajaccio, this house of 75 m2 offers a panoramic sea view from its terrace with dining table. The small private garden is a perfect place to relax and get a tan on the sun loungers or refresh with a solar shower.
This charming house is comfortable and functional. The ground floor is divided between the well equipped kitchen and the cosy living room with dining table, fireplace and access to the terrace. The house has a loft bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The two double bedrooms are located on the basement floor and come with large windows and direct access to the private garden. On the same floor are located a large bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
A free fiber optic WiFi connection is available to our guests.
The residence is provided of a car park and a tennis court.

LOCATION
The residence "Hameaux du soleil" is located 2 kms South of the centre of Porticcio, near the three most prestigious hotels of the whole Ajaccio gulf. In Porticcio you can find several amenities such as tourist information, bakers, a supermarket, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, a medical centre, restaurants, clubs, clothing shops as well as a boat shuttle allowing you to make the crossing between Porticcio and the centre of Ajaccio in 20 minutes.
Popular tourist spot known for its large sandy beaches, the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio offers the opportunity to practice every kind of water sports as well as horse riding, tennis and golf.
Moreover, its position near Corsica's main town (Ajaccio is also reachable in 20 minutes by car) will allow you to enjoy its social life. In Ajaccio you can visit Maison Bonaparte, Napoleon's birthplace, the Palais Fesch (museum of fine arts), do some shopping in the picturesque roads of the city centre, enjoy seafood in one of the old harbour's restaurants and have fun at the Casino.
