DESCRIPTION
Very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Ajaccio, this mini villa of 50 m2 offers a matchless panoramic sea view. Its wide terrace is provided of an electric awning over the dining table, two deckchairs, two beach beds and a practical charcoal barbecue.
This charming house is bright and functional. The ground floor is divided between the well equipped kitchen and the bright living room with an extendable dining table, a sofa bed for up to 3 persons and the access to the terrace. A bathroom is also accessible from the living room. Maison36 has a loft bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bathroom with shower.
Our guests can count on a free fiber optic WiFi internet connection and a Smart TV to follow their favorite programs on the apps or in streaming.
The property includes a small private garden, on the south side of the house, with a fountain, an outdoor shower and a small porch. The residence is provided of a car park and a tennis court.

LOCATION
The residence "Hameaux du soleil" is located 2 kms South of the centre of Porticcio, near the three most prestigious hotels of the whole Ajaccio gulf. In Porticcio you can find several amenities such as tourist information, bakers, a supermarket, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, a medical centre, restaurants, clubs, clothing shops as well as a boat shuttle allowing you to make the crossing between Porticcio and the centre of Ajaccio in 20 minutes.
Popular tourist spot known for its large sandy beaches, the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio offers the opportunity to practice every kind of water sports as well as horse riding, tennis and golf.
Moreover, its position near Corsica's main town (Ajaccio is also reachable in 20 minutes by car) will allow you to enjoy its social life.
